IELTS Spelling provides an online platform for IELTS vocabulary and spelling practice. The service is available in both a free tier and a paid Pro tier. Features, content, and availability are subject to change at our discretion with reasonable notice to users.

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account.
• Pro accounts are for individual use only. You must not share your account credentials with other people or allow multiple individuals to use a single Pro account.
• You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without a refund:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software to access, scrape, or manipulate the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the application.
• Using the service to distribute spam, malware, or any harmful content.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure.
• Sharing, reselling, or sublicensing access to Pro features to any third party.

Certain features of IELTS Spelling require a paid Pro subscription. By purchasing a Pro subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees. All payments are processed securely by our authorized payment partner.

We strive to maintain high availability of our service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

We shall not be held liable for any inconvenience or loss resulting from temporary service downtime or interruptions.

All content on the IELTS Spelling platform — including but not limited to word lists, audio, design, code, and branding — is the exclusive property of IELTS Spelling and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our content without prior written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our discretion, without prior notice, if you are found to be in violation of these Terms & Conditions. This includes but is not limited to:

• Using bots or automated tools to abuse the platform.
• Sharing Pro account access with multiple users.
• Any activity that disrupts the service or other users' experience.

In cases of termination due to a violation, no refund will be issued.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IELTS Spelling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the preceding 3 months.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via a notice on our website. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of the updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
